The company has 167 staff/workers, among which more than 45% are professional personnel, 3 technical divisions, 2 experiment factories, an oil-spill emergency response service sub-company, a technical consultation sub-company. The company is now mainly engaged in technique and equipment for marine oil-spill control, special purpose ship for environment
protection with relative service such as installation, consultation, training and so on. The company also produces protecting coating.
